Somatic movement is a way to connect deeply with yourself and your sensations; the language of the body.

The movements can be explored sitting or lying down and I will invite you to move gently and slowly to explore breath and movement to discover new possibilities. Finding balance within will ripple into the rest of your life.

We’ll use a popular coaching tool – The Wheel of Life – to provide insight into how well your life is balanced. Visually, it’s a bit like a helicopter view of your life and you’ll discover small changes that can have a big impact.
